The award was received by the Municipal Mayor, Hon. Reynaldo D. Saludo together with the MLGOO Ms. Maricel M. Solemne at Tacloban City on November 28, 2024.
The SubayBAYANI Awards recognize LGUs and DILG field offices for their performance in implementing infrastructure projects. The awards showcase the accomplishments of the SubayBAYAN platform and recognize exemplary monitoring and evaluation practices. The SubayBAYAN platform monitors all locally funded projects by the DILG, including physical and financial monitoring graphs, reports, and geo-tagging. The system also helps ensure that LGUs implement DILG projects efficiently and on time.
